  • Submit a $250 document processing fee (non-refundable)

  • The parcel is taken off the market

  • You’ll receive a simple form to fill out your buyer information


This step reserves the property in your name and begins the paperwork process.

We’ll send you a purchase agreement that outlines:


  • Purchase price

  • Down payment

  • Monthly payments (if seller-financed)
